Job Description
- Ensuring promptness, freshness and quality of dishes.
- Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
- Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role
- Excellent knowledge of Korean cuisine, ordering and inventory.
